So here we are together; you ask me to describe myself. I’m not a simple two sided coin, more like a partly solved Rubik's Cube, always a bit of a colour mix. My mind, spirit and body need to be equally very active and balanced to be contented. In love I am seeking shared depth and harmony, not shallow relationships.

I'd be a boring sort if I couldn't use my imagination to blend and bend its colour into pleasant shades of sea green, passionate scarlet or Belgium chocolate. I admire life’s depth and widths including the rough edges, flaws and scratches. My core value is an anchor, allowing me to embrace changes. There are periods were I buckle down and must focus to get a project finished. I know when to lay the plans, instruments and tools of my hands and mind aside. Grab the figurative kite and head for the meadows, to catch the wind. You really should come.

Enjoys "Shakespeare in the park", favorite quote "he doth not tolerate fools easily". I read a variety of books on many subjects, collect certain authors. Yes I even find TV an enjoyable event. Not afraid to enjoy being in the kitchen, smoke alarms are timer. Duck can be carbon dated; a roast could be a football.

There is no need to just plod along; life demands effort. Sure you will find speed bumps which have and can impede you. Here is a thought, so instead of slowly crawling over or around, hit them with gusto. Let your feet off the ground, take that heart stopping moment, feel that sudden ferries wheel swell of emotion as your eyes widen, your breath quickens, that thump, thump is your heart. Let adrenaline surge! You will be alright. You were straight when you left the earth, so you landed equally safe. Laugh because you have torn off the corner.

My photos are glimpse of activities that make up some of my "cube". The lady I seek is someone who wishes to share mentally, spiritually and physically. If walking for ice cream well whining about the past is your idea of a sport, we are not into the same novel. If your body and mind died at 40 and now watch from the couch until they bury you at 80, we can’t mesh.

Please take the time to re-read my words; or just go on impulse; introduce yourself. If you have no idea what to say? Try "HI". How many times do you look at the cover before you open the book? Drop the "I can’t moan", the "what will he think" and grab the "I can do". It's time to share our minds that's the start point. We are both well worth the effort spent.

We Canadians are a polite people, "so to be kind rewind" or at the least reply to the ones who up and message you. Even a NOT INTERESTED is gentler than silence.

First meetings needs to be fun. Not a tedious interview process. I'd rather invite you on an "outing". Sure there are similarities but "outings" are just less pressure, whimsical, more jokularity, a much easier event. A way to connect, have a little adventure and excitement, maybe learn something new. We could try one of your passions, one of mine or something neither has ever done. Think on this "I'm off on an outing" vs "I'm meeting someone for the first time". Which sounds scarrier? We will save the serious stuff for later. This is not being shallow. Better to enjoy both the journey as well as the destination. We're both great people, so why hold back?
