I have been single for sometime and I thought I would try this venue! My interests are eclectic in nature from fishing to theater and anywhere in between! Feel quite at home in jeans or in a formal, whatever the occasion dictates. I am very open to new activities, unless they carry a death wish! Like to hike in country, rural life ....nature lover in general; at home in any surroundings.....Working in Health care offers me the opportunity to serve the community, offer care, compassion, empathy and the challenge of patience! My friends describe me as gregarious, caring,intelligent, loyal and non judgmental, hmmm sounds like a pet of some sort! Don't think I need to say more, pretty well sums it up. I enjoy life, am independent financially and otherwise and would welcome male energy in my life.

I am looking for a man that is both spiritually and emotionally intelligent... a man that truly understands mutual respect. I usually like a more stocky build, but I am open to others. Someone that can carry a conversation, or listen, really listen! I like a man that laughs a lot, sometimes at himself! A man that is very comfortable in his own skin! Looking for a partner in life.......no children living in the home(small or early teens) please(young adults..ok) (been there done that) and located in the lower mainland. I am not interested in one night stands, intimacy means a little more than that to me.
I will add also that communication is #1, conflict resolution!!! I have met a few men that started out our meeting with saying, "when the going gets tough I'm gone!" What a turnoff! Really shows immaturity and points to a trunk of "baggage" rather than a carry on! In real life there will be rough patches, as well as the good times, this is NORMAL and welcome, how would we learn and grow?? If you truly have lived then you have some baggage, just depends the size and how you carry it around! I prefer a carry on!

The first meeting would probably be for a coffee, just to see if there is a connection. The "date" would be a nice dining experience perhaps a long walk after.
