Intelligent, upbeat and humorous, I'm also patient(Translation: I'm a parent!) and easy to get along with. Endlessly curious, I love to learn new things. Not surprisingly, I like to read (anything, everything) and prefer gaining new experiences to gaining new possessions. I enjoy travel and love to explore new places. Other interests include architecture, museums and bookstores, as well as sports, hiking, long walks, live music and movies (current and classic, domestic and foreign). Not only do I seek a partner to share and discuss these items with, but I've even been told (honest! I have!) that I'm a good listener. :)

Try to live a healthy lifestyle, but I'm not a fanatic.
Enjoy activities and games (cards, Scrabble, trivia) with family and friends, although the social interaction is more important than who actually wins. (Which is not to say I don't like to win!)
In a relationship, love to give and receive affection (and lots of it!). Looking to get to know people who want to have a fun drama free time. I am extremely active and I love the outdoors.

My height is 5'11" and weight is 190 lbs with baby blue eyes. I am half Hungarian and half Irish. I was born August 8th 1963 at 1:27pm, adopted at birth and raised in private academic schools.

Native Californian and born in Santa Clara County in a small town known as Los Altos Hills. I have also lived in Nui Valley, Oahu, HI. Beach area of San Diego has been my home since 1986.

The age of 22 been in continuous sobriety without a relapse. I just celebratated on August 18th my 24th year without alcohol and drugs. Even though I don't party I insist on having fun and getting naughty together. Of coarse, I don't mine if you are a social drinker.

Although my values could be construed as Christian base I consider myself more spiritual than religious and choose not to follow a religion. However I am still tolerant of other faiths.

My Friday and Saturday evening are often enjoyed at either House Of Blues or SecondWindBars for the purpose of hearing live and local bands.

It gives me great pleasure to help you with any home improvement projects inside or out. I been known build landscapes, make walls, replace floors and paint rooms, rebuild computers or fix on a drop of a hat.

I bought my second house, a 4 bedroom in the Bay Park area in 1991. I kept it right through my 1999 divorce. I paid it off in 2004 and haven't squandered the equity. I rent out 3 rooms in my house that pays all my bills. Which give me the freedom to not work hard to make my ends meet. Plus with being self employed with regular clients as a residential specialist. I have Monday, Tuesday and every weekend and all evenings free for a special lady.

AS a single dad trained 3 nights a week for 5 years with Soo Bahk Do martial arts. In the past studied 5 years of French and 3 years of Spanish. I am self-taught to build computers and own 4 complete stations. I have worked 2 years biotech industry in Mtn View, worked 2 years commercial mortgage in Point Loma, owned 2 years a 5200sq vintage restoration shop for exotic cars in Kearny Mesa, owned 1 year travel agency in Kearny Mesa, 1 year Health Ins & Annuities in San Diego.

I created bylaws and was an acting president for 6 years for a Citizen's Patrol, Code Compliance Volunteer Officer 3 years, current Block Captain for the last 19 years for 52 houses on a dead-end cul-de-sac.

Interested in playing at the beach, taking beach hikes, boardwalk walks or bicycle rides for the soul purpose of staying healthy. Torrey Pines at dusk is a wonderful spot that I enjoy 2 to 3 times a week. I am an organizer twice a week for a hike on meetup called at-dusk. I am also interested in hiking in other locations with new friends. Open up and share with me your favorite spots and let's go!

You won't find a sports fan here. I would rather play it than watch it. The only sports that I can remotely hold my attention is womens volleyball, (WPT) World Poker Tournament and (MMA) Mixed Martial Arts.

As young adult the parents own several travel agencies. I had the opportunity to do extensive traveling including many cruises. Plus my dad was a GS 14 Civil Service. I had the opportunity to see the changing of command in a few countries.

My kids are ages 11 boy, 13 girl, 15 girl and 17 boy.

I see my 4 kids every other weekend a few hours 1 day a week. They live close by in Kearny Mesa.

My motto that I created is: "Every day is a good day just have my moments that last for weeks."
