About Me
I consider myself a happy, fun loving, adventuresome person. I''ve been blessed with decent health and a decent appearance, although it's tougher as we get more "mature." I don''t believe we get older, ............Just better and more beautiful inside and out. I love to travel, whether it be to warm, sunny destinations or to ski vacations. Wonderful memories are made more memorable when they are shared. We only have one life to live, it is not a game, but a journey that is to be lived and enjoyed as fully as possible. I retired 4 years ago, after 37 years with the Virginia Beach Police Dept.I am not necessarily looking for a liftime partner, but just someone to enjoy life and the adventures that are out there. The qualities I appreciate in a person are humor, confidence, intellect coupled with common sense, and be reliable. First Date
A nice long slow dinner date, starting nice bottle of wine, lots of great conversation, getting to know each other. Then making plans for another date, whether it be over dinner, or the ski slope,or a nice long walk or for a day trip locally.
 | Dennis is a very special person in my books and for many reasons. I have known him long enough to say that he's a real joy to be around. He's also a very big tease, but with him, I can tease him right back and get a big kick doing so. He's been there when I've needed someone to confide in, and given me the right information on problems that I have discussed with him. A woman in today's world needs such a friend and confidant.
