Too many years in the Bay Area, so I can do without the "attitude" it breeds. I'd rather cruise thru the foothills where it's just a bit slower and the roads are a bit twistier. Camping at Dardanelles, but not roughing it. One of the few destinations that outweighs the journey. 4X4 exploring, then back to build a raging campfire while the grill is readied for ribeyes.

Sometimes a dinner run up to Diamond Jim's, when it's time to cure the clam chowder fix. Day rides or road trips with the tops off and the tunes loud enough to drown my singing. Classic rock n roll fires my soul, and never leave home without it. Love concerts, outdoors or in. Sometimes just sitting on the deck after dinner - gazing at the stars and enjoying the quiet. It's all good. Car shows, Corvette Rallys, making the time to spend with good friends, because you just don't know when this time could be the last time.
Rice is better served in the form of pilaf, not sushi. Ribeyes better served by BBQ, not broiled. Margaritas ?? ... blended ! Wine ?? ... Miller Lite
Rocky Road Ice Cream ? - if I could find it in a sugar-free state, I'd invest in a walk-in freezer. I'd give a small space of it to French Vanilla & Pistacio. Would ya guess that Baskin-Robbins is 40 minutes away ? I'm off to sugar-rush land !!

LOL
What ??? .... no serious side ?? Well, of course there is, BUT, first things first !!
Well, how about a brisk hike up K2 ? Bungee jumping off the bridge at Royal Gorge ? Destroying the Jeep on the Niagara Rim Trail ?? Hang Gliding off Glacier Point ??
You're kidding, right ? Well ... I am !
