Looking for a sparkle

I'm on here to hopefully meet a very special woman with whom I can share some great times. all i can say for now ,
is that i believe that I'm not like the majority of guys out there.
Meaning ,
I believe that opening doors and pulling out chairs should be common practice,
that i am not here to get pic votes or see how many girls i can #*&%.
i want to meet someone that will love me for who i am.
I'm not perfect , and i don't expect you to be either. I
'm not old, but old enough to know what i am looking for in a woman.
And that is: beyond the years of going out clubing.
There is nothing wrong with going out to have a few drinks with friends
once in a while, but not every weekend.
To sum myself up into one upbeat, encouraging snapshot,
I'd have to say I'm a very caring, passionate, understanding and loyal person.
I love to laugh, whether it be in general or at some of the stupid things I do. Family is the most important thing. and lucky for me I get to see them pretty often!
I am shy yet assertive, somewhat spontaneous & funny.
I love movies and quiet times with that special someone,romantic dinners & long conversations.
I think life is too short to worry about big things like world peace.

I'm pretty specific about what I am looking for.
Confidence, maturity, a kind, generous soul funny & charismatic
some awareness of what's going on in the world.
I like a girl who can make me laugh,
and of course makes my heart skip a beat.
A strong personality is a must! Someone spontaneous and self aware,
respect-full and kind, sensitive and if you're a little goofy from time to time that's good too.
I'm looking for that ever elusive young heart & mature soul.
You don't have to be ripping it at the gym every day,
all I need are pretty eyes and a nice smile.
