Hey everyone,

I'm 6'5" and a pretty laid back but faithful guy that lives alone, with my two dogs. I'm looking for a friend, companion, and activty partner. I am a very compassionate and affectionate gentleman with a lot of patiance and the ability to admit when I'm wrong.
I am a light drinker, a light smoker (though I hate it), and I don't do drugs. To put it plainly I just try to do the right thing and treat others right.
I'm looking for friends. No, "That does not mean I'm looking for a sex partner exactly". It means I am willing to take time to get to know someone by spending time doing other activties. Seems there's not many active get-together groups in my area. I feel it would be wonderful to have people to talk with as well as share different activities and ideas with. I have not been a gigging musician for some time. But I do enjoy watching live music and writing poetry. Moreso than following sports. (sorry not a fanatic) I have worked in the transportation industry since 95'. I am into biking (motorcycling and pedal), holding hands, cuddling, and laughing at stupid jokes. I am a bit goofy and quick witted.
Life isn't all glamorous and glitter
A recent death in the family has had me a bit down and reluctant to be involved with anyone. I do have to admit that I am a hopeless romantic so I will tend to share my poetry with those that check out my ad. It's just my way of being friendly and maybe making someones day with a smile. I have had some rocky romances. So I'm not really looking for Miss Right Now. I am up for meeting/chatting with someone long distance. I am planning on moving out of this area. Not sure where but, don't be afraid to hit me up. Even to just say hi.

Soaring through the air on a cloud like a dream.
Looking down but not wanting to scream.
Holding you close and not feeling you fear
but, holding you so I may have you near.

The sparkle of magic, a twinkle of time,
