To premise this, I am a regular girl, who probably likes many of the things that you do; relaxing at home, watching movies, reading books, barbeques, going out to dinner, the beach, ice cold beer, a good glass of wine, The Holiday Season & Traditions, Disneyland, Knotts (Christmas CF & Halloween Haunt), shopping, being thought about, calls on the phone from a friend or loved one, laughing with friends, etc., etc.

Currently, I live the single life, by choice; I do however love the periotic company of friends, and the warm companionship of a good man. My heart is and always has been open to the thought of love, commitment, and having someone special sleeping by my side every night. I work hard Monday - Friday, I spend my evenings at the gym working out, and I love and cherish my weekends. Regarding my work-out schedule, I'm casting NO illusions that I have the perfect body, so if this is how you're imagining my physique, the illusion is yours, enjoy! (smiling). I love the fact that my body takes me where I need to go and then some. I train for the love of training, the what if's and maybe's, etc. My personal slogan: "No Sports, No Games, Just Fitness" (sorry if I infringed on an unknown copywrite).

I enjoy being home, and I enjoy a quality home environment. I don't watch a lot of TV, no pop-culture (cr*p), etc. x-cuse my French (smiling). What I do enjoy, is no, to low commitment fun (from a time perspective), 30-minute sit-coms to go to sleep by after a hard day's work. I love to laugh, they're silly and I don't have to sit long to see how it ends (grin). I don't like drama in my life, so obviously I don't want it on my TV. I don't enjoy the news, nothing's under my control, so why whatch-n-worry. Que, sera, sera. I don't enjoy televised sports, but I have and would enjoy being at an ice-hocky game, I love the ice, the action...and some hot spicy nachos and an ice cold beer (or two, or three), might round off the evening nicely.

As for dating, and this site - I have read some very alluring profiles and I've learned that some men have such a gift for really giving you an honest feel for who they truly are; I'm experiencing a big crush here, and having another one there! For myself; I guess I want it all, I'm a hopeless romantic and I'm not, nor have I ever been able to settle for less (from a relationship perspective); as I have watched friends and family members make bad selections as the years go by, I get more committed to my "all-or-nothing" convictions. Although, my selectivity will probably be my long-term romantic downfall; I'd rather be alone, than in a bad relationship.

Alternatively, (and Happily) dating is a fun and interesting journey; the joys experiencing the company of many types of men, conversation, fun, friendships, intimacy, etc. Maybe one day, I'll run in to Mr. Right, but until then I'd love to continue to meet fun and interesting men for companionship, friendships, etc. that may perhaps evolve in to something more substantial :)

Music I like; some would include Three Doors Down, David Cook, Josh Groban, Verticle Horizon, Blink 32, Matchbox 20, John Mayer, etc (to name a few). I love the old school selections; big band, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Bing Crosby to name a few more - When my musical tastes and mood swing that way. My tastes are pretty eclectic, so it all depends on the day. Some rock, love 80's music (Journey, Foreigner, etc) , love to find some outstanding music for my stairmaster workout - that's always a great find!

Movies I like; The Family Stone, The Holiday, Dangerous Beauty (I love her confession) "I confess.."

Eppiphanies about me:

1) I am an Orange County, CA Native. I find joy in living on the California Coastline; Home is where your soul is.

2) I've never been married, and I have no children.

3) Never visit a doctor's office who's office plants have died... ;)

Sorry...NO Smokers, Drugs or Alcoholics. Oh, and no one who enjoys being, seduced and romanced by a prescription pad, or has a long term relationship with one. Search your emotions with a fine tooth comb, find the snag, then work on fixing it in a healthy & productive way.

Let's share a light casual dinner locally, enjoy some ice cold beer, easy conversation, laughs, and maybe we'll learn that we also share chemistry.
