Some people are dualists and like to group everything in life into polar categories. If anything, I think I would be a "seasonalist." I love associating things with seasons. Music, personalities, emotions, friendships, moods, pizza toppings, etc.

I just watched a songwriters workshop led by Dan Wilson who said that the best songwriters are the ones that go out and do whatever they love doing in life to an extreme - living a "big" life. I think this is a good philosophy for life in general.

Things I love: chilly autumn air, creating music with others, thunderstorms, close friends, grand conversations, making a difference, writing songs, appreciating time with family, helping others, and hiking in the mountains.
