I am 52 yrs. old, looking to meet an active lady who likes to go for walks or even long hikes. I love the ocean and the mountains but like to walk in the city as well. I am an avid reader, mostly fiction. I love to cook-and eat of course. As far as music goes, I enjoy jazz,blues, bluegrass,some folk and rock. I like to watch sports-Giants,49ers and Warriors- on TV but not for hours and hours. I grow a vegetable garden year round. I listen to KPFA and KALW radio stations for music,politics(I am liberal/progressive)and other topics of interest. I absolutely love the show, Fresh Air with Terry Gross.

I just started working for the San Mateo County library system as a library assistant.
I am from the Bay Area, having grown up in So. SF and have been living in SF since 1978.

A simple meeting for a cup of coffee and/or a short walk with accompanying conversation would seem sufficient enough to see if we get along and would like to take things a little further - a second date that is.
