Hm. Maybe a tasty lunch at a comfortable restaurant or pub, followed by some wandering around exploring the curio shops. Something to make for an environment that allows for play and talk. Maybe, if things are going well, dinner later. If you know of a good place for music and drinks, that'd probably be good.
