I am a witty, honest, southern gentleman. I finally got a chance to move back home to Texas a year ago to Austin and get out of the restaurant business. Then the damn place closed! So now I'm back in Dallas (where I spent my teen years) to jump back into running a top-notch restaurant.

I lived in Las Vegas for about a year and a half to manage one of the busiest restaurants in the country, on the Strip after living in Miami for nine years and managing another high-profile, fine-dining restaurant there. I am so excited about my new career opportunity and a chance to make a difference running one of the best places in town.

I am a Cornell University graduate, and I came home to be close to my family, who I missed dearly while I lived out of state.

I can be a bit serious at first, but then quickly warm up with a wicked sense of humor. I am full of of useless facts and bits of trivia and can carry on a conversation about any topic.

I enjoy cooking (I'm a foodie for sure), being outdoors (love the heat), golf, bowling, playing with my little Yorkie, Cookie, dining out all around town, movies, keeping up with a few of my favorite shows, and trying new things with an adventurous partner.
