I like to surprise the women I date. Like calling when I say I'll call, listening to them when they talk and looking at their faces when they talk. I actually show up on time and bring my money with me. When the date's over I don't treat them like they're on fire and the only way to save them is to jump all over them. You know... the little things you expect a guy to do but are surprised when they actually do! Of course... I DO like to do special things as a surprise just to show her I care.

I'm a pretty happy guy with an outgoing personality. I believe in treating people with respect. Having grown up both in playing sports and performing music I've developed an interest in both. Tennis, football, the theater and movies are great, and hiking around with my camera's a beautiful thing! There are many places to which I'd like to travel. I've been to Germany and Austria and they were wonderful - there's plenty of other places to go though!

(Now, this is where my friends would tell you all my wonderful qualities but I refused to pay the extortion so I'm having to do all the talking.)

While I'd love to have a special person to share these with, along with sharing in her interests, I'm not looking just for a date. I want to have a real relationship that starts as friendship, builds roots and blossoms.

I want to meet someone I first of all like and enjoy talking with. If it grows beyond that, my affection will be real. (You won't be just a body to me, you'll be SOMEBODY to me.)

I certainly am drawn to women who are cheerful and kind by nature. If you have a sense of humor we'll have fun together. And if you can make me laugh, I'm yours! So... morose bad, witty good! I exercise regularly to stay fit and healthy so am attracted to women who do too. Intelligence is a plus, I'm looking for a partner where we can rely on each other. Who you are and the person you are on the inside is critical. I have to respect you and like you as a person!

There's a lot of things I enjoy, but for a first date I like to keep it simple just so we can relax, talk, and get to know each other better. Once we're comfortable with each other our personalities will come out and we'll enjoy something less "simple" the next time.
