I am an average guy in many respects, unique in others. Strong willed, persistent, patient, thoughtful, caring, trusting, honest and faithful, unassuming, a listener, creative and active... could this be a never ending list? I like to tease and have fun. I like warm weather, sunshine, and tanning from being ourside. I am in good physical shape although not muscular. I have 4 adult chirldren and 5 super fantastic grandchildren. Some people run, others work out in a gym, I have recently relocated to St Louis and am enjoying the local biking trails. I love the feel of being close to the world enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. I like beaches and warm weather, I like the history of the east, the atmosphere of the west. I work with my hands making Christmas gifts of wood.

First date??? Anywhere... with one who relates to this...I seek one whose hands fit mine, whose stride matches my step, whose heart beats the same pulse. One whose smile lights up for me and her laugh thrills me to the bone, who is generous with her touch and words, and who prefers to settle disagreements without temper. One who loves without sefishness and with the utmost compassion, passion, understanding, and forgiveness. She is loving of family, of an independent mind, tender of heart to all, shares a desire for adventure and life. One who will be my best friend and last love.

For first dates I prefer walks, Forest Park is nice but so are many others around STL. The hour before dark is an ideal time to be out.
