I'm a simple down to earth girl who likes to have fun. I like to travel and meet new people. I have a good sense of humor and LOVE to laugh, the kind of laugh that you can't stop once you start. Laughter cleanses the soul and simply makes you feel good. I'm silly more than serious and get along best with people who understand that. That's not to say that I don't take things seriously I just feel that finding the humor in any situation helps. Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain!

The most important things in my life are my daughter (she's 17 going on 30 and the sunshine on every cloudy day), the rest of my immediate family, and my friends. I take all of my relationships seriously and put the effort in necessary to maintain them. I have some life long friends and they mean the world to me!!

I have been in Ohio for 3 years now. It sure is different than California. I'm not certain that driving in the snow is something I will ever master but I am challenged and pushing forward in an effort to become a snow driver people don't SCREAM at! I've also learned to leave the water trickling when it's going to be -20 so your pipes don't explode and flood the area. Not something I ever worried too much about in sunny southern California.

I have an amazing job that I love. It keeps me busier than I'd like sometimes but I LOVE it none the less. I'm a busy person who tries very hard to balance all things important but sometimes struggle to find time for fun. I make a decent living and don't want or need a man to support me financially. I simply am looking for an equal contributing partner who understands the value of a hard day's work. I matters not what you do for a living or how much money you make. What matters more to me is your work ethic and the effort you put into a job well done.

I would like to meet people who know what they want and are secure enough to make it happen. I am confident and know exactly what my hopes and dreams are and do everything in my power to stay focused on achieving them.

I love the Cowboys and anytime they're playing you can bet on what I'm doing. Screaming, yelling and possibly throwing stuff at the TV. I've been told I'm a Cowboys snob lol. If the Cowboys are on I'm focused on one thing and one thing only! I tend to tune out the rest of the world! I take the games pretty seriously and NEVER miss a Cowboys game. I like all sports EXCEPT nascar & baseball! Football is absolutely by far my favorite sport to watch! GOOO Cowboys!

If you wonder what I'm looking for in a partner then there are lots of MUSTS!! Here's just a few non negotiables....First and foremost honesty above all else. I've always said there is nothing you can't tell me that's truthful that I won't be able to deal with!! Lie to me once and I'm done because a realtionship can NOT exist without trust!! Confidence is also important and extremely sexy. To hang with me you need a good sense of humor and the ability to dish it out and take it too. When I find the right person they will be the first thought when I wake up and the last thought before I go to bed. I want the same in return. I want that feeling you get when you love somebody completely. I want to be loved the way I love. Have you ever heard the song She's Everything?? That's what I want... she's the voice I wanna hear someday when I'm 90 she's the wooden rocking chair I want rocking right beside me.....everday that passes I only love her more...she's the one I'd lay down my own life for. I wanna fall in love with my best friend someone I can laugh with, cry with, share secrets with, and just totally be myself with! I believe in reciprocity you must give in order to get. Common sense is a necessity too. The thing that I've learned about common sense over the years is that it should be called uncommon sense because it's not as common as you think! Respect is important as well. I expect to be respected as an equal contributing partner. I have some very odd opinions sometimes and can debate my point to the bitter end, so the ability to agree to disagree might come in handy here. There's just a few lol.......

I like to talk so going to a place where we could chat and have some fun that's not so noisy you have to struggle to hear what's being said. I think movies are bad first date options because you can't really chat and get to know one another. I love live music and would love to go see some silly crazy band at a local establishment.
