This is the hard part, trying to describe yourself to someone else in a few short sentences.  Well, here goes.  I find that most of my friends here are married and I'd love to find someone to do things with.  I have a lot to offer someone.  I'm easy going, honest, and fun to be with.  I have a great sense of humor, and am  easy to get along with, and know how to have a good time.  I'm not into playing games and not into high drama. 

I have varied interests and like to do different things.  I love going to plays, concerts, museums, movies (love foreign and independent movies), reading, gardening, shopping, sightseeing, and relaxing at Starbucks or any other coffee house.  I love music and love to dance.  I love being near the ocean.  I especially love the Monterey Bay area.  It's one of my favorite places in California.  As much as I like to be out and about, I can be equally comfortable at home, relaxing, either reading or watching a good movie.

I work out several times a week, and am working on losing weight.  I have been working on my spiritual side as well.

I have this wonderful male maltese dog who I absolutely love. He has a great personality and is a lot of fun.

Even though I'm retired, I do a lot of things during the weekdays, including exercising, going to a weekly meeting, and mentoring a 6 year old girl, and a 9 year old boy from two different schools. It's been a great experience, and I love being around the kids.
