| |  What can one say about themself? While I'm 45, happily divorced and very easy going. I work and live in the best place in the world, Vancouver Island. I love the out doors, including the rain. I enjoy spending time with that special someone. Someone who loves to laugh, is happy where she is in life, who she is and has good self-esteem. What else, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, ok. I'm a child of the 80's, an optimist and I enjoy country music and classic rock. I'm honest, out going and enjoy the simpler things in life. I have a great sense of humor, laid back and a excellent cook! I do not enjoy the bar seen; nor I am a partier. I am also house broken, ride in the car well and don't make a mess.  What you read is what you get, no games!  Also, a friend once told me that when a person reaches a certain age and if you’re not in a large circle of friends, go to school or hang around in large crowds such as bars it's hard to meet someone nice, who's your age, single and lives in your area; I sure didn't believe it! I like to meet a lady between 38 to 49 that lives in or around the Port Alberni area. You have to be best friends before moving on to long term. Communication, respect and 50/50 is a good start to a relationship. A few extra pounds is not a problem.  Sorry, I'm not perfact niether..
