First of all-I need a new profile picture! Actually, I just posted a new picture, although it is not very clear. Yes I'm still growing out the hair until I figure out what to do with it! Sounds like a typical girl, doesn't it? I am always the one taking the pictures, but yet I don't seem to be in many. Any one good with a camera?

A few things about me - I am a California girl at heart, born and raised in the suburbs of LA. Have now lived in Georgia for 17 years. I would love to find that one special person to get to know and possibly spend with long term.

I am very interested in photography. I love animals (I have dogs), movies (not big on science fiction), music-Easy rock, Contempory Christian and pop are my favorites(not big on rap and older country), shopping (mostly for other people), and decorating my home. I love steak, lobster, cheese on everything and anything made with cream sauces. Mongolian beef, cheese pototoe soup at O'Charleys and their rolls, tomatoe alfredo pizza, chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream,chocolate, Good n'plentys and red licorice are all to die for. I love surprises and creative ideas, Fox Theatre, High Musuem-photography, The Body exhibit, Dialog in the Dark, Cirque Du Soleil, beautiful parks & waterfalls, the peacefulness of home, PJ's and watching movies, doing absolutely nothing and everything all at the same time, and believe it or not I still like some card games (Sequence is my favorite).

For the most part I am conservative with a sometimes liberal edge. I am happy and content with my life for the most part and after years of practice, I’m quite independent. I am not a hook up kind of girl, which is why I am interested in a long term relationship, Lord willing. All that being said, if a great compatible person were introduced into my world it would be most welcomed. A great friendship first is worth a million.

I can't begin to list all of what I like and don't like in a man, but here are a few. I can be quite selective. When I meet someone than I just know. A few things I can say - I tend to be attracted to more of the white-collar type, not country type (sorry-just being honest). He must be good with money since I am. I like a man who is somewhat fit (not perfect, since God knows I'm not:) ), of course cares about his dental health (and sees his dentist every 6 months), refined, clean and well-groomed (that means his home must be clean as well-I dislike clutter), loyal, kind and loving spirit with a gregarious personality, who has conversation to contribute (I don't want to have to drag conversation out of someone) and has a love for animals, NOT hunt and kill them.

I am talkative and sometimes quiet and silly (not corny) at times yet, at the same time a good listener, and have been know to tease at times (although you may think I'm serious)-especially if I like you. I love when a man can share equally in conversation and tease back. I can be blunt and direct at times, forgive me - I think it's the California girl in me. Because of my crazy schedule, I am a morning person during the week and somewhat of a night owl during the weekend.

At the risk of losing your interest - I would love to be able to say that I am always spontaneous and adventurous, yet honestly I am a grounded girl who loves the comfort of home. I wish I could pick up and go travel the world whenever the urge hit me, but reality has me at work and full of responsibilities. So sad, I know! If only I could win the lottery (I am trying!) and find a good dog sitter!

I like to be around outgoing, honest, and positive people that are fun and make me feel good about myself. This is always a plus. I am serious, but like fun also, very fair, honest, loving- but only after I am comfortable, truthful, dependable, loyal, and respectful and I appreciate that in return. I am a combination type A/B personality and am very domesticated (can't help it-since childhood). I would like to meet someone who enjoys some of the same things I do, but I am always open to trying new things (except Nascar and riding motorcycles). Hot chocolate at a coffee shop is a good start. Something simple to meet, hopefully have great conversation to see if we have any chemistry.
