My interests vary from going to movies, eating out, attending cultural events, participating in social activities,traveling in the states and overseas, or just having quiet time at home watching favorite TV shows while curled up on the sofa with that special someone with the dog and cat curled up somewhere near us. Oh, I absolutely adore visiting aquariums in the States and overseas!!! I've been to many small aquariums in the Midwest, Monteray Bay in CA where my great niece and I saw a 1,000pound sunfish, Dallas TX where I saw manatees (seacows), and several in Japan including the largest aquarium in Asia where the building was designed around the tank for two whalesharks! Hopefully my next venture will be to swim and/or spend the night with the four whalesharks in the largest aquarium in North America located in Atlanta, GA and then the largest aquarium in Valenia, Spain!

Favorite TV shows include CSI, Brothers and Sisters, Desperate Housewives, Everybody Loves Raymond, House, MONK (Tony Shallub is brilliant!) to name a few. Movies I've seen lately which I thought were worth mentioning are "Bobby" and the "Pursuit of Happyness". Some old favorites are "The Rock", "Dave","Hitch","Last Holiday", "Sahara", "The Day After Tomorrow". Favorite movie stars: Anthony Hopkins (of course), Richard Gere, Julia Roberts, Queen Latifah, Denzel Washington, Wil Smith, Tommy Lee Jones, Nicolas Cage, Liv Tyler, Susan Serandon, Morgan Freeman,and Tom Hanks.

Some of my favorite foods are Chinese, Mexican, Indian, American, Italian, and have been improving my own ability to create delicious and healthy meals. I aspire to the South Beach Diet philosophy and try to integrate it into my daily routine and any recipes I attempt.

Things I DO NOT enjoy include watching sports on TV, not into sports at all! Doesn't mean you don't have to enjoy them though! Just don't expect me to get excited about it--lol. Also not into reading novels, like to read some, but prefer movies and TV. I also am not into country music at all.

I love to be romanced and treated like a queen (getting too old to be a princess lol), but I also make sure my man is never bored. Am very much a lady and a classy dresser for work or dating. Camping and other outdoor activities are most welcome however.

I hope to find an HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, HARDWORKING man who wishes to share a life together and build a future with each other, a man who is not afraid of being in a committed relationship. I enjoyed married life and the intimacy (not just sexual intimacy) shared between two people who care deeply on all levels for each other. A Christain man who is willing to work out a relationship would be welcome to respond!

I appreciate the simple pleasures in life like a sweet little picnic together or a more elaborate plan like a quiet restaurant where we can talk and get to know each other better. If you wish to touch my heart, I prefer a man to be a gentleman with me, bring me flowers, open doors, help me with my coat, and treat me like a lady. Romantic and unique/creative experiences also intrigue me. When a man puts effort and thought into anything he does for me it indicates a level of sincerety words do not need to express.
