And how are you today..? Grinning from ear to ear as your reading this i hope!

Raised a gentleman, I am a single father of 4, with 2 teens living home all the time. Not a gambler-i prefer sure things. Im not into sitting on my ass in some bar, I prefer doing things even if its just wandering NYC or some backroads and trails. I find things to enjoy in the extravagant as well as the simple. BLT's to Chateaubriand. I really love riding my bikes around the DelWaterGap area, or actually anywhere. If you have a bike, definately contact me-we can at least go for a ride~!

Im hoping to find my better half, a person to share my life with who is intelligent, thoughtful and feels their life has some purpose. In my opinion a thoughtful person has it all, because they know when to be serious or zany, generous and compassionate or hard and tough. There is a time and a place for everything. Someone who still has a real fire in their belly and feels there are still things they want to accomplish. Together we can have a true partnership. Where i know you have my needs and best interests at heart, just as you know i do for you. I enjoy and work for your success as i hope you will be interested in mine. Truly, two heads can be better than one, if there is real trust. And of course we can have alot more fun together than apart!

Ive lived in 3 of the 5 boros and know the city and L.I. like the back of my hand, and enjoy going back to give tours. But ive been up here 5 yrs now and like checking out whats around me, i enjoy knowing my surroundings. Youd be surprised how many great little places there are hidden away, restaurants, antiques auctions, fun stuff! Ive been working hard renovating a unique 80 year old victorian. Id love to start having parties at the house, it was really built for it. My neighbors down the block know when im working on the house, they can hear the music blasting. I enjoy spending time at home, which is why Im tailoring it to my every whim and need. I was a voracious reader for years but lately have set that aside, it can be so time consuming (its hard for me to put a book down i enjoy). In a couple of years ill catch up again. I have traveled extensively and will again someday, but right now i have too many things id like to finish professionaly and personally. Besides Europe,Bali & the Ginza arent going anywhere, so maybe spend the money on a new pool and deck first...? That doesnt mean the occasional jaunt to Boston or New Hampshire, or even better someplace i dont know very well isnt great fun. Right now short trips are preferrable.

PS: No racists, plagarists, narccisists, bigamists, or any other wacky -ists need apply. Im looking to enjoy myself and hopefully find the love of my life, not a soap opera.

PPS: It boggles my mind how needlessly selfish and uncaring so many people, men and women are. Treating so many people so poorly, and for what? Our time here is so precious, i cant wait to find the right person to enjoy life with and maybe spread a little cheer and acumen to those who need it. Ive done alot of interesting things and been to some great places, and what ive learned is that its not the place you go but who your with that makes it worthwhile. If you have someplace in mind great, if not im sure i can think of something. Just give me a hint what you like, im as comfortable in jeans as i am in a suit (OK maybe jeans is easier, but you cant get into some great places in jeans hehe).
