If I looked at your profile but didn't write, it may not be because I wasn't interested. Truth is, I still chicken out at making the first move now and then!

I have learned a lot about myself and what I expect in life. Like most people I love to laugh and get other people laughing. I think it makes everyone relax, doesn't it? I have many goals and have the confidence and drive to get them accomplished no matter how big or small. I would really like someone to lean on when I may need an extra boost of support. I have been fortunate enough to be raising a compassionate and well behaved 1st grader. Eventually, it would be great to bring another great male influence into his life that he can look up to.

My priorities are in order. I believe God comes first and family second. Everything else will fall into place if it is meant to be, and I have always been able to find the time for the people who are important to me.

I'm a warm person who is sensual, and passionate but I have to say I am tired of the guys who think they can talk to me as though we have already had a sexual relationship. I am a lady and until enough time has passed that we have formed a level of trust and a relationship that goes with it, I would rather not have our conversations go there. I'd like to be the one who gets to meet your mom someday ;)

My best match is someone who believes that the man in a relationship is the protector and rock. Someone who is trustworthy, respectful, patient, and kindly leads with a gentle hand. He needs to understand that romance is important because it shows that you appreciate each other, but that it doesn't always come in a wallet. Holding hands and being there when the other needs you can mean just as much.

I am looking for someone who has the drive and ambition in life to set and achieve goals. I think the best way to bring a couple closer to each other is by helping one another meet and exceed them.

Also, if you are launching your own personal attack on the English language with an email reading more like a text message rather than using your 5th grade grammar skills, chances are I would not be interested. Just a tip ;)

Originality is key with me. Lets do something fun like visit a local animal shelter and play with the animals there, karaoke, wine tasting, a picnic with board games at a park, go to one of the pottery painting places or a one day art class, comedy club, just be unique - let's make it light-hearted, fun and special! After all, wouldn't we all like to have our last first date be one to remember?
