I'm an intelligent, educated and thoughtful man who believes that life should be enjoyed - I love to laugh! I'm creative (I write and perform my own songs) and I appreciate the creative and beautiful and interesting things in life (however I have a dislike of TV in general, and OK and Hello magazines are banned in my house). What I am not is nerdy, loud, brash, a couch potato, a sports fanatic, or perfect (well pretty close maybe...)

I like attractive slim women who are younger than myself (I don't look or act my age) who can hold a good conversation and enjoy getting into town in an evening, so someone in their 40's or younger. What else... intelligent (letters after name not required), pretty, easy to get along with, fun, witty, affectionate, lively, cute and, of course, very, very sexy! Not your average woman in other words. A cheeky sense of humour is essential and the inability to stand still when music is playing is a definite advantage (if you like festivals and gigs - wonderful!!). If she has children - no problem, but my kids are a big part of my life so they mustn't be a problem for her.

Anything/anywhere conducive to conversation (that means without your mum or your best friend... !)

Of course, my DREAM date would entail something far more romantic - walking on coral sands looking at the Southern Cross with a glass of wine in one hand, my date's hand in the other, whilst turtles made their way up the beach around us - but that's not quite so easy to arrange, and is reserved for someone special....

Thinking about it, I have two dream dates.... meeting up for a drink somewhere, a little bit of chemistry, and then stumbling upon one of those secret intimate gigs you hear about sometimes in a tiny club somewhere, and catching the Foo Fighters or RHC's or Muse or Green Day........ well, one can dream!
