Looking for friendship with the potential to become a relationship - or maybe just be happy to have made a really good friend.

I try to make the most of life and have fun wherever I go, and in most of what I do (and usually do). I enjoy meeting people (some obviously more than others) and finding out about them. I have 3 kids (2 teenage girls and a 7 yr old boy) who enrich me with love, pride, joy and frustration (although NOT always in that order). In the last 3 years I've spent alone, I have learned quite a lot about myself and relationships and find that I miss having someone to share my day -and evenings- with.

I like to do lots of things... going out dancing, seeing live bands, comedy clubs, volunteering with charity projects and such. Can't go a summer without at least 1 trip to Cedar Point (usually for mother's day), I've experienced the thrill of zip lining and white water rafting, thinking about sky diving, and who knows what else. I went to Austria last year and saw the Grand Canyon a couple years ago. Plan to go back to Prague to see everything we rushed through in the package trip, and definitely will go back to Sedona for the sunrise hot air balloon I missed out on due to wind. (BTW- One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen... and that was just from the roads. Can't imagine it from air, but I'll let you know .... ;)

I enjoy most music (other than country -- sorry -- just too depressing, and I could never get that line dancing or two step down). Head banging comes naturally but seems to hurt my neck in my old age, so I try to refrain -- although some times... I just can't resist if it's an old metal band.

People usually say a casual setting, no movie, something comfortable, safe.... Do people really consider meeting in dark alleys? And who doesn't like beaches, thunderstorms or cuddling on the couch? Personally, I kind of like going to a movie sometimes. You can tell a lot about someone (ie.. if you have to check your phone for messages, and text throughout the flick... because you are that important that you can't stop the world for an hour and a half, you probably aren't my type.) Unless of course I'm the one you're texting! :)
