About Me
Aloha! For some reason you clicked on my profile. Perhaps it was the goofy mug that I slapped on this sucker. Maybe it was the witty one liner floating above that previously stated mug. But whatever the case, you're now stuck with me for the next 13 seconds as I try my best to describe myself. In short -- I'm an honest, intelligent, thoughtful, goofy, interesting.. guy? I'm a person who is rather mature for his age, yet still a kid inside. I can rant out wise philosophical answers to hard questions, then run off to Disney land to ride the Indiana Jones roller coast 15 times in a row.
I'm a comedian at heart, and a full time geek. Not the socially awkward kind, but the type who usually doesn't spend much focus on doing the norm. At any time during a given day you can find me half-hanging off my bed playing guitar, doodling on random writing surfaces, playing World of Warcraft, reading a book from front to back, rocking out with my mp3 player, singing in my car like I'm getting paid for it, or doing what only 13% of the human race would consider dancing.
I also lovè the outdoors. Camping, hiking, Rafting, and any possible thing that involves a forest and/or a river/lake. I'd like to get up to Red rock for some hiking sometime. I just lack hiking partners at the moment since most of the people I know are allergic to the sun (I have a friend who is so pale you can shine a flashlight on her and it'll reflect. This is what a doctorate program does to you. ) I also dig going out to pubs and kicking back. I'm not much for dance clubs though.. something about stale cigarette air mixed with drunken frat boys listening to music that sounds like it was created by kicking a trash can -- just doesn't do it for me.
For the most part, I just like to enjoy life. Humor tends to rule me, and I spend the better part of my active day laughing about something or another. That's not to say that I'm not as serious-minded as any other Joe, or that I lack the sex appeal.. sizzle ;D. Haha j/k. -- I just find that life is more enjoyable and less stressful when you have something to laugh about. (And the geek life promotes good times.)
WHAT I'M NOT: I'm not a solid brick of manliness. I don't know jack about cars, football, or how to fix the kitchen sink. If you ask me how much I press? I'd say 90 words per minute. Sure.. I can be "Manly Man", although it usually turns into me acting like a geek. Well, I'm usually acting like a geek. I laugh a lot, I sing in public places, I'm a master of inside jokes and one-liners. To which, I do all on a common basis. I'm one of those old school gents, with a drunken pirate inside.

It depends really, there is a lot of stuff to do here in Vegas. I'm more for places where you can kick back and talk. Places that are kind of fresh and outside of the typical bar/club scene. I just find it very difficult to really get to know someone when you're shouting over $2 techno at a club, or staring at a movie screen. So, really anything outside of that realm, I'm all green light about.
