This is what I am looking for:
1. Must have some form of formal education. (if you don't know what this means, you do not have it)
2. Has stable and sound goal that will be a achieved in at least 2 years time.
3. Must be sociable and have confidence.
4. Attractive, but not confined to a stereotypical standard. (sexual attraction included)
5. Does not rely on anyone but himself for financial support. (unless some circumstance has stalled this process)
6. Has comprehensive and valid political, religious, cultural, familial, etc. values.
7. Presents himself with sophistication and class.
8. Genuine and authentic; about himself, and his intentions.
9. Has an impressive and distinguished collection of progressive and educated friends. (keeps good company)
10. Is tolerant and secure with change and willing to communicate.

It's not too much to ask for right? A friend suggested a list. She told me she was tired of seeing me with men who don't meet the standards I myself strive to live by. And to be honest I am also tired. The list may seem intimidating or cold, but I assure you I am neither.
So a little about me: i'm a sweet, honest, playful, sarcastic person, who is open to new things, and challenges. I'm from Calgary. I yell at the tv a lot, and I mean a lot. I will go on rants about injustices, oppressions and warped desires. I can twist words sometimes, and internalize things very quickly. I might be too analytic, or not enough. I like engaging conversations with little pretentiousness. I love to talk about your issues, my issues, local issues or global issues.
I get pretty busy with school sometimes, but I love to go out when I can and let loose.
**Oh and side note: the me doing drugs socially is to mean that I smoke weed. If you have a problem with weed, then I am really not the girl for you.

I'd be down for whatever's clever. Drinks, coffee, bowling, curling, snorkling, walking, outdoorsing, chilling, and any other respectable "ing" things. As long as we're chatting, getting to know one another and enjoying each other's company - I'm not picky.
