Hi, I'm looking for a fun, intelligent local girl for fun that could lead someplace hopefully. I like to talk and she should,too; Funnier/goofier/zanier, the better. I try to be honest in my conversations and can be tad sarcastic, but I also try not to hurt either. If it can true/honest without hurting, thats good. I like intelligent conversations, and someone who'll challenge me. I have my views but can debate them and be willing to listen. Knowing, or at least appreciating, both sides of an argument is important to me. ("know thy enemy, know thyself, win every battle" according to Sun Tzu). I like movies, esp drama/action/comedy and sporting events (Saints/Hornets and more), not big into the "outdoor" sports (such as hunting/fishing). Love dogs and most pets (yes, including cats).
I am not necessarily looking for a marriage partner, but keeping eyes open. Hoping this will lead to fun times and progress from there. If it leads to "the one", great. I DO want marriage/kids, but timing has to be right. Being a child of dad and mom who were each twice-divorced, I only plan to do it once. (BTW, I'm an only child, but have half-brother and sister). I like kids and they usually like me I think b/c of way I can relate, esp in my last job working with teens. If you believe in what astrology says, us Geminis are the "eternal children" of the zodiac, always seeking/curious.
I'm an LSU law grad, worked 4 years as a public defender ("free lawyer" as they called us, LOL). decided on career change, back in school at UNO for masters degree. work part-time right now.
Physically, I have brown hair and eyes, about 5-10, maybe 170lbs. I do work out every week maybe 5 times, I don’t "live" in the gym.
Oh, and musically, i prefer rock, alternative, mild to hard, but not metal, some pop,too.

Hmm, first dates, ahhh the drama and the worries. Well, done the movie thing a few times and Im starting to agree with many that its not a great idea but im open to it or perhaps if the date was going well,etc and we decided on it to do then. Really though, we'd need to talk, so dinner and/or a coffee shop (though im not a coffee drinker, but ill improvise). I could see maybe the zoo or aquarium b/c you can talk to each other while doing those and walking. Perhaps a walk in the quarter in the daytime,too maybe. I also like fun things,too like air hockey, go kart racing (miss that), and more. sporting events can be ok, maybe.
