I JUST turned 48 years YOUNG!!! I have been divorced 9 years. I have 1 son he is 20 and yes he is number 1 in my life. Does that mean I don't have room for a 'GREAT MAN" to come along and just take my hand and guide me through this thing called "LIFE"...UMM NO would be that answer. I have raised him alone for 10 years and he has grown to be a great young man.

Now that the 'children' things out of the way, let me tell you about ME (now read this whole thing so you get to know ME) lol :) My hero in life is my "father" he is a man of integrity, lots of wisdom, truth and when I have a flat tire he is my 911 call. My mom IS my very best friend and I talk to her on a daily basis...So you can say that FAMILY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME! Friends may come and go, but family is ALWAY'S THERE!

I am a "LADY" that can put on my best dress and heels and have fun at a dinner party while we are both in the same room looking pretty 'hot' with you in your tux and me in my gown looking across the room at one another thinking "WOW, lets get out of here and go see the sunset" OR put my jeans and t-shirt on and go do whatever it is we both like to do! Shopping? Skydiving? Just spending quality time together no matter what it is as long as BOTH of us enjoy doing it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE to have fun and to laugh...Smiling is a great thing no matter what, we must always try to stay positive in life and not focus on the negative.

Recently, my 30 year old niece passed w/ a brain tumor and wow during the time that she was going through her illness, I learned so much through her and I will alway's live my life NOW with a different approach because we never know what can happen in the "blink of an eye"....and she told me one day after her chemo Aunt Sandi, life is so short and you have alot to offer someone so "GO GET WHAT YOU WANT" so here I am trying this 2009 on-line dating thing.

I must admit I do work alot of hours and I love my job which is a great thing these days. However,I can make flexible hours as well but for over 1 year I have not had anyone in my life and I took a break from the whole 'dating scence' and online stuff. BUT...I am back up on my feet and I am ready to try this one last time. Sure I could go to other sites and pay money for the samething I am doing on here, but I thought I would try POF again.

OK here is the bottom line to SANDI (that would be ME), I am a positive person with minimum drama in my life. ANd I truly mean that, I think everyone has a little bit of drama someplace in their life, but its how we handle it that can create all the hassle that goes along with it.

We all want someone in their lives to call their OWN and to be happy with that one person that when we grow old together and go to Crackel Barrell and sit in those rocking chairs and talk about all the things we have shared together and then HEY go shopping in their store and buy a 'yankee candle'...I am a lady that loves romance and I love to be a giver its nice to receive but I love to make others happy!! I care about the people that are less fortunate than me, I don't make fun of those without jobs, I try to help them find one.

My ideal man if I could make him would be someone that respects me because I respect and value him. If I get home before you, I will start dinner and once you are home, lets do it together so we can spend the evening talking and asking how one another are doing. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY! Have to be able to talk and express your feeling. A man that will not care if I text you or call or email you during the day to say hello and hope your having a great day just to let you know I am thinking about you. A man that is not "SMOTHERING" meaning, I need my ALONE TIME sometimes...I think everyone does. If you want to go out w/the guys...go ahead and guess what, I won't get mad at you or give you a hard time. But..when its my turn to have my ALONE TIME, don't feel like I don't want you around or get your feelings hurt.

Bottom LINE is this:I feel that I am a very CONFIDENT, PRETTY, LOYAL, TRUSTING, CARING lady that is looking for a man that has a job, not living with his parents, and one that can just HAVE FUN and not be up-tight all the time....I really want to find love again. I had it one time, and I am sure it can and will happen again in time. MY GOD, we live in FLORIDA where there is SO SO much to do and quite honestly Im sick of doing it alone or going w/my family or friends and their husbands...
So, strap on your seatbelt and lets take this ride together...Are you ready? I am. I know this is long, but why put 1 line and then find out after hours on the phone, emailing that we do not have anything in common. So I apologize if your offended over the length of my profile (book) but...I just want you to know ME and what I am looking for.
