About me, a tall order I will have you know, but I am going to have ago. Okay me, everything intact and attractive, or so I am told and the mirror doesn’t lie they say. I am a peoples person yet I enjoy my own company, sort ‘comfortable in my own skin’ I can chat on most subjects but I wouldn’t say that I am an expert in any specific . ….. I cook but I wouldn't say brilliantly. Though I do enjoys good food presented nicely. I love traveling and have lived in three countries and been to most countries. Somewhat of an independent soul who enjoys a comfortable life-style. Love space and yet I love to share, to give, I love a cuddly; I would say that I am a well-balanced individual, willing to negotiate. I am a magpie of interests and walking, reading, art, eating out, Jazz, I play a bit of Bridge and enjoy a good play at the theatre . The Arts tickle my fancy, water relaxes me and DIY regenerates me. I am now retired, but as a profession, I was a trained nurse, later I studied as a social worker, went into management for social service and latterly studied the arts, specialising in ceramics and I have had the benift of publishing a book. The U.K has been my home for as far back as I can remember. I am now here in Florida forgood though I am still in the honeymoon stage, and do go back to the UK from time to time. Walking away is pretty hard.

Who does not take himself too seriously, who will laugh with me and at himself? I would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke, has lots of hobbies, love traveling, love cooking and generosity of spirit, you can chat me into a stupor I don’t mind in the least. You need to have a good head on your shoulders because I admire flexibility, Loyalty and sincerity my first and second priority.
