I have been divorced since 2002, long over any type of baggage of any kind, living the happy single life yet something seems to be missing for me...

I moved to Surrey from Vancouver Island in 2006 but I have lived all over BC in my married life as well as Calgary Alberta for 15 yrs.

I classify myself as an old fashioned girley girl, a lady and yet there is another side of me that is the cougar in her prime of life who can be slightly naughty with the right company. I am not high maintenance... when camping I look like a camper at home in jeans or done up right for the city life or just lounging in some lingerie for a special man if he were to come along.

My family and friends are very important to me and make up a good part of my life. I have a huge giving open heart which probably gets me in more trouble than I want but this is the way I was raised so is how you will find me.

I have dated men of all ages but tend to prefer a slightly younger man being more attracted to them as well as them being more energetic and fun to be with. That certainly isn't written in stone as I like the company of men in my age group as well. It means that I have a young personality, outlook on life and that I do not act my age.

I am vivacious, sexy & fun with a great deal of enthusiasm & energy always with a smile on her face. I am told I look and act much younger than my years.

I love life, laughter & people & I have a wacky sense of humour with the personality to match.

I love the outdoors.. camping, swimming, skinny dipping with the right partner, fishing, fly-fishing, walking the beach or anywhere outdoors, watching the stars at night. I enjoy dancing, all kinds of music, traveling to far off warm places. I seldom watch TV except for CSI, the news and a few movies when I think of it. I am a gourmet cook who loves cooking and entertaining friends. I am a hockey fan growing up with it so do enjoy watching the Canucks play for BC but would not be called a die-hard fan. I would love to learn to golf better...I golfed years ago wasn't too bad but now on the blue moon that I do go I am good at worm burners mostly or that guys private parts when he golfed ahead... lucky for him my ball hit ground first!!!

I have a deep love for animals and have two very spoiled house cats who keep me on here as STAFF. haha

Live life to the fullest as you never know when your last day will be is my view on life. So kick up your heels a little bit, have fun and enjoy what life has to offer us as humans.

Well I think most of all I am looking for a "Romantic" SINGLE MAN to date from the ages of 45-55ish with traits like honesty, integrity, humour, kindness.

I am a romantic so for me there is nothing more pleasurable than cuddling in front of a warm fire with a sweet man enjoying a great glass of fine white wine. Snuggled up on the couch together watching a great movie or a jacuzzi for 2 with some soft music and candles. A romp in the snow making snow angels laughter abounding then warming each other up after.

I am tired of the games people play on these dating sites.... are you as well ??? I would like to meet someone to become friends, date and see where it takes us.

I am not looking for a one night stand or anything casual so those types of men can keep on looking.

On an intellectual level similar to myself.

Most of all he needs to be young at heart like myself in and out of the bedroom. ;)

He needs to be settled in his life wanting to enhance it with someone like myself.

A man with children would be a bonus as I just love children although have never been able to have them myself.

He also needs to like me....ALL of me for the woman of SIZE that I am. I am NOT a BBW according to friends and former b/fs but also I am NOT a petite woman either having a very busty chest. I have sparkly green bedroom type eyes that seldom get noticed!! haha

Just had to make that clear so there is no misconception here. Round is a shape as well you know... we can't all be Barbie's now can we!! Besides I have darn sexy ankles!! hahaha

A first date might be a coffee and a walk on the waterfront, dinner out perhaps someplace quiet to be able to talk, or just a quick lunch someplace if time is a problem. Something mutually agreeable is just fine, I am easy to please with the simple things in life.
