First as one can see from the pictures above, I am always changing in appearance. As someone once told me, I never look the same on any picture. Mainly it depends on if I feel like getting a haircut or going "rockstar" and so forth, there is a correlation between the length of my hair and the mood I am in. But yeah, it is certainly negotiable. ;)

When first meeting people, I tend to be a bit shy. I have been this way for as long as I can remember, although this is not necessarily a bad thing. I warm up quickly, and get along with most people. I try to look for the best in everyone.

I believe that I am an interesting person, and probably unlike many people which you may have met. I am a student at the university, yet I am also an aspiring musician and songwriter. I brew my own beer and also make my own wine. In addition, I am bilingual and am well travelled. However, I have little interest in sports, though I do enjoy going for a short (2-3 mile) run once in awhile, just for health purposes. I also enjoy hiking, though casually. For music, I do not usually listen to mainstream musicians, but have a varied collection of musicians which I listen to, with which many are probably not familiar. However, as a rule, I enjoy rock music.

If I was to describe who I think my perfect match is, I would posit the following description. My perfect match would be a few years older than I, sexy, and intelligent…as intelligence is sexy. Better yet if she is also bilingual, paints her nails, and owns and occasionally wears a pair of leather boots. Finally, she would be able to hold a decent conversation with me. Okay, well that is my sketch, but I also realize, that sometimes people do not realize what they truly want, and as such, I do not expect my “perfect” match to be found, so I am really not as concerned about these traits as I suggest here. ;) Besides, I really am not so much of a shallow person. :) If you are an interesting person who feels that we might get along well and have much to offer each other, then feel free to drop me a line :) I am not so crazy I think.

It is always so hard to decide what to do on a first date. Going to a coffee shop or Barnes and Nobles for drinks and healthy conversation is always good for me, although it may sound a little nerdy. Otherwise, maybe we could do something daring and exciting, or go wine tasting or something. It really depends on the other person and her interests, as I can amuse myself with almost anything. Either way, I would hope that the date would be non awkward and that there would not be any pressure on either side.
