Relationships are partnerships. Both people should be looking for something in the other that they either do not have, or find wonderful.

Dating SHOULD be easy. That is all I am looking for. To meet someone who is easy to know, before I decide to get into a relationship.

A first date should be a time for talk and getting to know the person you're with. I live in Daytona Beach so walking on the ocean is something that I like to do. Its a great environment and if you can't find common ground there, a meal or a movie is'nt going to get you any closer either. I find first dates in a crowded place a tough thing to do because the activity around you can be distracting. It's good to be able to concentrate on your date and find a level of initial understanding. I don't want someone making a value judgement on me just because I took them to a nice place to eat.

Having said that. I like Italian.
