I like defying expectations. I am a half-Moroccan and half-WASP; so I am a passionate person with terrific posture. I was raised by in a less than diverse neighborhood, and most people assumed I was Italian. Since then, I’ve moved to the big “C” to move in with my full-time guy-pal who keeps me sane. Together we love hanging out, Saturday mornings with nowhere to be, traveling, eating, and ME!

Eight things you didn't know about me...
1) I own 22 pairs of shoes--18 pairs are black
2) My first real date was at age 16; it was with a 19 year old guy who was attending college. Scandalous!
3) I simultaneously studied ballet and gymnastics during my youth. Deep core strength, flexibility, focus … it taught me a lot, and I’ve been coasting physically on the foundation it gave me.
4) My hair hasn't been cut since I moved in with my b/f
5) I attended a Catholic school until grade 7 (my confirmation name is Antonia; patron saint of lost articles)
6) I have 16 1st cousins ranging from 14 months to 31 years old. None went to Catholic school.
7) I've never seen a Star Wars movie.
8) My guilty pleasure is foul language.

ODE TO THE FELLAS'
Yes, some are emotional ****wits (some women are, too). And some of you can be a little mystifying (God knows we can, too). But really, you guys are lovely creatures when it comes down to it. You buy us pretty things just because you think we’re pretty, or help us move furniture just because it makes you feel strong, or try to be witty just to hear us laugh. You take us to baseball/hockey games (even though we know you would prefer to go with your buddies), buy us beer, push us on swings at the park, dance with us. You are trained from birth to open doors for us, pay for our food and beverages, and generally make the first move … and these days, you’re also trained to respect our opinions and make sure we come first. The good ones anyway.

I've NEVER been on a first date without my girls or cab fare...
