No jokes no lies here. Straight from the hip.
Just here for friendship and people with similar interests - hence the Looking for "Activity Partner" part. And that would mean sports - watching included - especially if you like/love the NFL! I enjoy volleyball, softball, tennis, and golf, but will play other sports too. Just not into winter sports (well do snowball fights count?) or water sports (mainly because I don't swim well).
But, if you just want to chat, its all good to me too.
Oh - and don't be afraid to write back - if I make a nice comment or anything. It doesn't hurt to say Hi, does it?

For those of you curious - Not Single/Not Looking means I am involved, but they don't have an "Engaged" column - and I am not looking for dates (as most of you are). But, don't let that stop you from saying hi. Why? Because I am easy to get along with, always been there to help others, and can listen to endless rambling without interrupting (but that doesn't mean I want any basketcases with drug issues or people who just like to complain). That - and I am always looking to meet new people.

Work and family keep me most busy. I do enjoy my job, as it is challenging, and multi-directional. Never a dull moment. Also like that there is charity side to work too, as I never find the time to go and look for opportunities on my own. I admire people that give so much of themselves to others, but I find my son is the most important person I want to give my time to lately when I am "off the clock" from work.

I don't really dislike anyone, but things I am not looking for in someone to chat to are:
1) People with large egos
2) People who are obsessed with tattoos and piercings. Unless your are native, African, or a pirate, or maybe a Hell's Angel, why do you have these??? The white folk never had a history of this in soceity and since most of you are caucasian - why now? Holes in the body and colored ink on the skin - and everything keeps getting bigger and wider (seriously dude - having your ear hang down farther than your neck is not attractive).
3) Die hard Canucks fans - never liked the Canucks - never will.
4) Those who rather drink, smoke, and drug away their lives. Yes, you can have fun naturally. And no, life really doesn't suck!
