Hi. A little about me - I'm 50-something, 6'1", 190, with deep brown eyes. I recently shaved my head, kept my neatly trimmed beard and mustache. Not sure if I'll stick with it or let the hair grow back. I've been divorced for many years, have no kids, and don't smoke. I consider myself intelligent and imaginative, adventurous and versatile, with well-developed senses of curiosity and humor. Life is an adventure. I try not to forget that.

As an freelance writer/researcher, I spend entirely too much time at the keyboards but I do work at keeping a balance. I can appreciate the adventure of the Great Outdoors, the Great Indoors, and of the Big City. A night at home alone can be an adventure of sorts. A day of exploration in the city should be an adventure. A night of sensuous exploration in the comfy confines of home with that special woman is always an adventure. I love good music, including an occasional night out for a live performance. Even enjoy a little dancing now and again. My musical tastes are eclectic.

Beyond those close-to-home adventures, I've been able to punctuate my lifestyle with occasional adventures in the Great Outdoors. I've camped under the stars on the floor of the Grand Canyon. I've rafted the wild rapids on the baddest section of arguably the baddest river in the U.S. I've jumped out of an airplane flying at 13,000 feet into the clear Indiana sky and floated to the ground. I've hiked the rugged terrain of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Rockies. I've communed with Nature alongside bison, elk, moose, bighorn sheep, and grizzlies in Yellowstone. I've sunned on the rocks all afternoon long in a canyon in gorgeous Red Rock near Sedona, Arizona. I've enjoyed a huge pow wow in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I've gazed out from atop the Continental Divide on a frigid April morning. I've soaked comfortably nude in natural hot springs in Texas and in Colorado.

Don't get the wrong impression from all that. I'm not really the cowboy type and I don't live some wildly adventurous life. In fact, truth be told, I'm no expert outdoorsman and I don't give a flip for hunting and fishing and the like. But I can handle myself and, as I said, I've simply been able to fit such adventures in here and there along the way.

I'm searching for an attractive, bright, good-hearted woman ready to participate with me in the most daring and interesting exploration of all - the extraordinary and delicious exploration of each other.
