Well let's see, I don't think this should be too complicated. I'm awesome. I'm like a bolt of thunder in your cheerios. I recently obtained my Masters (thank God it's over with). I am now pursuing a successful career in emergency planning and disaster relief, as well as getting a PhD (soon). Needless to say, I'm pretty damn smart and ambitious. I'm also very sarcastic, and have the innate ability to make people laugh. I'm a straight, white, Christian male, the bane of the universe. I don't shop at Hollister. I don't think Miley Cyrus is talented. I don't drink sub-par beer.

I like REAL Christmas trees, Coca-cola, and prefer black and white movies over their colored successors.
Other interesting things of note about myself:
- I drive a Mustang.
- I like living life in the fast lane.
- I am not from California.
- I am a Virgo. What this means, I have no idea. But it seems important.
- I have Irish in me, and I'm damn proud of it.
- I love The Big Lebowski.
- My favorite drink is a whiskey and club on the rocks.
- I like old school Nintendo games the best.
- My favorite author is Michael Crichton.
- My favorite comedian is Bill Hicks (George Carlin a very close second).
- I own every single Arnold Schwarzenegger movie on DVD because Arnold is awesome and has never made a bad movie.
- I am somewhat of a throwback to what the word "masculinity" used to mean.
- I play bass. Self-taught, too. I'm actually doing some session work with a band right now. It's a step in the right direction, but I'm still attempting to put together a band of my own. It's probably my favorite hobby.
- I like making periodic trips to Freeport by boat. Why? Because the Bahamas rule.
- I have a diverse taste in music, but prefer rock and heavy metal.
- I think Jack Handey is probably the greatest philosopher of our time.
- I think lumberjacks are pretty cool.
Okay, I'm done.
My personal favorite is Barnes and Noble because you can tell a lot about someone from the books they like--plus, books just plain rock. Dinner is good, but I want to have meaningful conversation. Forget going to the movies, though, I watch enough of those on my own time.
