I'm a fun, somtimes goofy, hardworking guy. Work keeps me very busy and when I'm not at work I am networking a couple nights a week to keep the business growing and then on the weekends it seems I am always working on some project on or around the house. To be honest if my friends, or maybe you, don't distract me, I probably would keep my nose to the grindstone working towards goals and miss taking some time to enjoy life and smell the roses....I am working hard carreerwise so when the opportunity arises or at some point when I get involved I can dedicate time to a relationship and family.....So holla at me...if not well you know where I'll be at the office or working on the house....hmm or maybe Dukes on a Tuesday night... LOL

I grew up basically in the country and I understand that kind of life and lifestyle and I prefer to take the good parts of it, being a gentleman, having some manners and leave the bad parts, looking for buckle bunnies, acting like a redneck or living paycheck to paycheck in my history...I have family and friends that can hold that lifestyle up, theres no need for me to. As much as I enjoy a wild filly, I'm not looking for one night stands.

One thing that is important to me is family. I am involved with mine and someday want to establish a family of my own. I have never had kids of my own..YET!, but have parented many kids, even was a foster parent for a time. I am not opposed to women with children BUT I plan on someday having children of my own (and for some of you that could be a deal breaker) it doesnt mean we cant be friends but it means its just friends...no foolin around and muckity muck, LOL. I am not here to put notches on my headboard and I'm trying to find "the one" that we both work better together than seperate.

I will say this...I'm a bit incorrigible...hmmm lemme make an anology....Think John Wayne in his later movies...a bit of a scaliwag, a bit of a pain in the ass, but also the person you would know who would be by your side and counted on in a pinch. Hmmmm So I guess I am looking for my Maureen O'hara...someone that stirs my passion and at times makes me want to put you over my knee. Someone who may get frustrated by my idiosyncracies but is also endeared by them.

I really enjoy learning or trying new things. Strange food, strange locations, strange people, strange language been there done that, it can be lots of fun. I have a extremely diverse background with lots of unusual knowledge and skills. I enjoy building things or working on things with my hands which is somewhat opposite to my professional life but its fun when I have the time and opportunity. I like to keep learning expanding in all aspects of my life and hope to meet people who are similar minded.

I like to play sports more than watch sports on Tv. Sportcenter or yahoo can usually take care of my sports need to know fix. I do really enjoy going to a stars game if I can find great seats at a steal of a price. Snow skiing is passion of mine. I dont get to go but once or twice a year but its something I really look forward too.

Music is a constant. It moves and motivates me. I was a club dj for several years, So my music knowledge ranges most everything. Most of my personal listening is dependent on my mood at the time, and what I do listen to is usually obscure and not what you would hear on the radio. I enjoy a good Mashup or remix. Depending on my mood I can listen to Rap,techno,trance,pop.goth,jungle,r&b,classical,oldies,80's,90's,disco,old C&W, and god help me... every once in a while...some new country.
Geez did I just ramble all that????

A good first date usually is something casual, maybe shooting some pool or playing some shuffleboard. jeez I havent done it lately but bowling or roller skating etc. Some kind of an activity. That usually lets a person shake off some of the initial jitters that sometimes go with meeting someone new. If all works out from that then maybe lead to more time hanging out maybe a bbq on patio at home or a walk in the park, maybe fly a kite? who knows...... Holla!!!!!
