I'm a mid fifties gentleman, a retired teacher, in San Diego. I'm an outdoorsy type, am easy going, and enjoy most everything but do draw the line at Broadway musicals. I'm progressive politically on most issues, am an environmentalist, and keep up with day to day local and world events.
I'd love to find a youthful, in mind and spirit, woman who enjoys the outdoors and laughing, has a spirit of adventure and a little wanderlust in her soul, takes care of herself physically and psychologically, and is ready for a relationship. If she can get to the top of Cowles in half hour or less, she's really a keeper!
I've posted in the "dating" category because I think all relationships start that way, but I'd hope to meet someone to be exclusive with eventually.

I live a mile from the beach, so a stroll on the boardwalk to chat and get to know each other while watching the sunset would work, or maybe a hike in Mission Trails, or Balboa Park. Maybe a drink or a bite to eat afterwards if we chose.
