I am new here so bare with me as I come up with some witty remarks that make me irresitible to interesting ladies ....

Hmmm ...
I am from Saskatchewan and moved to Calgary since 2001. I loved it there and enjoy the warm winters ... yes, warm ... ever been to Sask?? Recently moved to Red Deer (Apr 07)

As for the vague response to profession, I have done a little bit of everything but am a profession accountant. Nothing against accountants but I have been told I don't have a typical accountant personality ... only the pocket protector ;). I have operated a farm as well as my own business, been a labourer as well as a supervisor. I also have several years of University and believe the fact that I have both the educational experience as well as the practical enables me to succeed and communicate better with people.

I love my family and friends and enjoy the time talking, whether it be about the weather, pop culture, politics, new ideas. I enjoy learning from others. I have several nephews and nieces and the are the highlights of my days when I am with them and talk to them on the phone. A 3yr old can have some "colourful" words and no, this uncle didn't teach them those..haha I hope to have a family one day as well.

I have a odd sense of humour but love to laugh so if you enjoy John Candy, Jim Belushi or Will Ferrell movies, that would be great. Recently watched "Super Bad". I would have to recommend. I love to laugh and joke.

I am young at heart and love to travel. Prefered holiday? Well, I do enjoy Roller Coasters but can hang on a beach and take in the local culture as well. Sept 08 - France / Austria / Switzerland. Running a marathon and taking parents for their 50th Anniversary.

In the last few years I have been to Aruba, Mexico, Egypt, California, New Orleans, Memphis, Vegas, Arizona, Rome, Greece ... and I hope to continue the travel.

Do you have any airmiles??

I have ran a few marathons. The last being in Greece in Nov 2007 For the Arthritis Society / Joints in Motion. June looks like a run to support cancer and then Sept 2008 looks like Medoc in South France ... wish me luck ... back to the track ... zoom zoom puff puff

I am looking for a strong, self motivated woman who can share in good times and bad (hopefully few) times. I am a positive person but do believe bad times are inevitable but they make you appreciate the good times even more.

I believe good communication is extremely important. I supervise about 120 people but I prefer the term team. We work together and as I tell the people I work with ... we can all learn from each other. Thats makes a stronger team.
