Alright, out with the old smart aleck profile. I'm thinking of a new one. But, to tell a bit about myself I'll give a brief.

I am the single mother of a son that is now 22 years old. Single 20 years now, I've spent large amounts of time not dating while raising him. No one really wants a package deal and I didn't care for those that wanted part of the package deal for a night.....still don't.

I was/am a good mother, not perfect, but I did pretty well. He was provided love, my involvement in all his activities, good food, good friends, a stable home, religious education, and his father involved peacefully. I volunteered my TIME and money in the school systems, boy scouts and church camps while he was growing up. I'm proud of who I am.

I have worked 2 jobs most of my adult life and have about 2 years worth of college. I am currently taking college classes to complete a degree in business. Don't like football at all, but can do the other sports.

I'm a liberal democrat. I think the bible has some good lessons to live by, but fundamentalism is nuts. I believe in being helpful whenever possible.

I'm not a drunk and I don't use drugs. I don't want to meet any pot heads or drunks.

I love a man with a plan when it comes to dating.

Let's see, I've just disqualified likely 90% of the fellas on this site. I'll hold out for something compatible out of the 10%. I won't hold my breath. :)
