I'm on here because someone suggested I check this out, but not too keen on putting my life story in here. I'm pretty mild mannered and have an ironic dry sense of humor. I'm fairly sensible in my reaction to life's problems. Sometimes this is much to my detriment in relationships (ie responding logically instead of emotionally) as I am an INTJ personality type (for more information look up Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). Education is something I value. I'm a part time grad student studying criminal justice. I don't expect people to be perfect as long as they have goals and willing to move forward in life. I have a career and I'm financially stable. I guess I'm looking for an independant girl who laughs at my lame jokes. Depth is important....looks don't hurt either. I recently relocated to this area so I'm looking to meet new people around here. So send me a line. I'm usually pretty good at responding. I've noticed on many profiles that women typically include a list of demands. Here are some actual examples that I have seen:

MUST love dogs!
MUST love my 6 kids!
MUST be a cowboy!
MUST drive a truck!
etc...

I may be a minority in this regard, but I find it strange that a person would dictate a list of demands upon complete strangers they have never met. On one hand I guess I understand the need of being up front and honest about expectations, but whatever happened to compromise and accepting a person for who they are? It seems to me that when a person MUST do something it becomes more of an obligation and not a choice.

Now that would ruin the surprise.
