Hmm how to begin this profile. I could go out all cheesy/cliche and say that I like romantic sunset walks along a beach or provide valuable tips on how to deal with crazed wild turkeys like a pro. I would never publicly admit to liking anything that cheesy, so crazed wild turkeys it is. First don't be a gentleman and give them the right of way. Trust me, I tried that with two turkeys who I stumbled upon once. They saw it as a sign of weakness and immediately began flanking maneuvers and pecked at my toes. After some experimentation, I discovered that the correct response is to demonstrate your dominance by running at them like a deranged lemur whose fur is on fire.

Unfortunately my days are not spent in such exciting and productive activities as chasing turkeys, but whose are? Outside of work, for the past few months I have been spending my time swing dancing (started 10 months ago, east coast + some lindy), kayaking, hiking, drawing (often during meetings at work), cooking (pizza from scratch, bread, stir fry, indian, ... ), and reading. For my day job I do research in robotics, programing their brains and put up with bad jokes from co-workers.

I'm hoping to meet some fun and friendly people. Bonus points if you have social skills that go beyond typing messages on internet!
