I’m NOT your typical Vangirl…I'm the ‘girl next door’ with a splash of crimson…

Guys describe me as a sweetheart who knows how to kick up her heels on the dance floor all night, take in a chick-flick or action/adventure, chill at the cabin after a day on the slopes OR better yet, grab a glass of vino and unwind with her special guy at home!

This girl's got an active lifestyle which includes skiing as much as possible in the winter, kickboxing, in the summer enjoying BC's outdoors by playing the water, rollerblading (but I need help stopping), tennis or even going on a small hike.

The one thing I try to do is to experience something new every year. Last year, I was able to convince my city friends to join me on a 2 hr horseback ride in Alberta's Brokeback country and what an experience that was.

A highlight was learning to surf in Hawaii and Australia! I must say the long boards and Waikiki Beach is must easier than the hidden local hot spots in the land of Aus!

I've caught the travel bug and travelling is a HUGE part of my lifestyle, a year wouldn't be complete without exploring what this world has to offer...This year I plan on crashing an extended family members wedding in Africa!

Summer is here and what can beat being in the outdoors!
