Listening to music motivates me and helps me focus on projects. Being around positive people supports my own efforts. Listening and learning from others reminds me we're all in this life together.

I enjoy a good sense of humor. Words are powerful - they can make you smile, build trust, and help make goals for ourselves. However, ACTIONS backup those mighty words so I do my best to keep my word and expect the same from others. I've read a lot of profiles of men AND woman who are looking for someone who is "honest and truthful" - I'm sure there are many stories regarding the reason for this statement. For me, it's a matter of respect for each other whether as friends or as lovers.

Music can help me make or break a mood so I have a diverse collection. Weekends I like something to make me move. Weekdays can be a mix of Country/Rock, Pop, or Easy Listening. Although I don't listen to the classics much, I've always found that an orchestra really goes to the soul. Opera is one category that I haven't acquired much of a taste for, but again there are times when I hear something (like the Three Tenors) that makes me want to rethink that too. I really like my Sunday morning Jazz/Blues mix!
