I've spent my life focusing on building a strong foundation. While always trying to work hard an play hard.
Work always seemed to dominate play. Now I'm trying to focusing on the reverse.
I am a loyal, honest, trustworthy, easygoing, stable, fun guy
with a sarcastic/fun sense of humor. Love to people watch everywhere all the time.
I am very family orientated. I come from a large close successful family.
We all live within a few miles of each other and we get together regularly.
I have to admit I'm mostly a homebody. Probably why I'm single!?
I have been waiting for some time now, for the right girl to come to my front door.
That hasn't happened as of yet. So, I thought I'd give this a shot. :)
I'm always working on my house to better my surroundings. I plant a garden and flowers around the house.
I can't say it's an activity that I love. But, I like the way it looks when it's done.
Inside: cooking, movies, cards, board games. Sometimes just plain old vegetating.
Outside: boating, water/snow skiing, camping, plays, museums, going to the zoo.
Planed or unplanned road trips / overnight stay's.
My music tastes are vast, classical to metal. I love live music and am a regular concert goer.
Always up for finding new things to do and restaurants to try. Will eat just about anything.
I am as comfortable in slacks and a jacket for a night out on the town as I am with a leather out for a ride.
I like trying new things. Things I like, I try twice. :)
I've held the same day job for 20 years. I like what I do and the people I work with.
I'm also a licensed IL real estate broker. I have my own agency "for investment purposes only".
I enjoy watching the real estate market. Yes, even it this horrible falling market.
Love driving around and shopping for properties. Always looking for a good deal.
I buy and rehab foreclosed properties. Yes, I do all the work myself.
I own and manage multiple rental properties.

I'm looking for someone with similar qualities, who likes to switch things up, try new things and keep life interesting.
