 I want to form a friendship first with someone who is within a reasonable geographic nearby proximity. Eventually a long lasting solid friendship that moves into dating and then a marriage is what I want. I mix well with people who have experience in higher academia. I want intellectual stimulation around me.

I often wind up turning down people who are attracted to my looks without being interested in the rest of me offline. I want to connect with someone at a much deeper level than the surface. I want someone who has morals and who can think. I want someone who understands and gets it without explaining. I prevent posting my pics online and that is a rule. Photographs have a tendency to be either too enhanced or too underdeveloped or too something that substitutes reality. I am very single and I also am somewhat of a public face. I will meet early in person once we have established some comfortable compatibility on both sides. What have you got to lose?
