11/22/08 My search has ended, not because I have found my special lady,, but rather, I can not find the woman that eludes me.......this has nothing to do with women on here, I have met and spoke with some really nice people,,...so all is good ..there were a few that if distance wasn't my issue, life might have been even more wonderful....

So who am I, well I'm a single dad with a little boy, now 8, I adopted him at birth. I was married for 15 yrs now widowed over 7yrs. Together my son and I have worked our way through that painful part of our lives, we are both ready and able to move on. There is no baggage; I know who I am and what I need in this life. I also know what I'm able give, its nothing you can buy or sell,, My heart, my love, I await the day I kneel before my lady and freely give both. Who am I looking for, a woman who is comfortable in her own skin, a woman who can dream, but yet lives in the true reality of life, a woman who can speak her own mind, who has a strong opinion and convictions, yet is willing to compromise. A woman I can walk beside and share life,,, together!! Step back so that she can be herself; fulfill her own goals, etc. Take one step forward so that I may protect her, hopefully I'm wise enough to know the difference. If I fail, she will tell me. (Communication a must).. If I forgot her since of humor, I didn't, for I know just to date me you would have to have one.

I'm here, hopefully to meet a mature woman. A woman who understands that relationships do not just exist, they need to be nurtured; a bond of friendship must be born. Good strong communication is a must. Respect! That is earned. Loyalty! Must be given. Honesty! Shall be mutual. Complacency, breeds disaster. So their must be a hint of controlled jealousy. Chemistry, that, my take hours,, is it the butterflies one feels? I know it's that and so much more. What do I want, honesty, loyalty, integrity,, that's easy, I want chemistry with communication. Then at the end of any given day, I want to come home to the woman that I fell in love with, close the door and leave the world behind. What happens behind those closed doors will be to our delight. To send flowers to her place of work, just to say, baby I'm thinking of you. How about a nice night out, a few drinks at a pub or piano bar, then a long dinner at a quaint Inn, Lets just talk about anything, how about dancing later, Yes!! I am a guy, my mind does tend to go in the gutter. I really love a good passionate kiss. You know the kind, the one that makes your souls melt and become one. Matter of fact, I enjoy everything I just wrote, the only real thing missing is, us.

One of so many dreams,,,,,,
Some where high in the Alps, the chalet we were staying at over looks mountains covered with fresh fallen snow. There you are, standing across the room from me. We looked at each other and smiled. You can feel me undressing you with my eyes, my thoughts, you were reading as if they were your own……… You toss your hair back as you wink and smile at me.
I look towards the hallway. You nod……… slowly you walk towards that hallway. I follow but from a different direction. We meet in a near by corridor,, There is a large study on our left, you enter this room as I followed closely,…… closing and locking the door behind us.
I remember this room from a dream I ounce had………this study has a distinctive scent, a sweet smell of fresh cut strawberries. Candles were lit and scattered throughout this wonderful room,, large cherry book cases adorn the walls. To our left were massive french doors, flanked by beautiful white drapes. We could feel is a slight cool breeze, as those doors were left slightly ajar. What a wonderful view from this balcony, those mountains, as the moon is raising above its peaks, snow caps glisten below on the chilly clear night, to our right just opposite that grand balcony, their is a fireplace……….It is a warm fire……… glowing…… with an amber light, as it cast shadows upon the ceiling above…… Ever so faintly you could hear the crackling fire…….. As the fiery coals exploded within,, tiny red sparks emerged,, the fire appears to be alive,, like dancing little fire flies,, scattering within those chambers.

There below our feet, lay a soft white plush rug, surrounded by green satin pillows…….. Inviting us to lay down in front of this glowing fire…… From under my coat I took out a bottle of wine with one crystal wine glass……. I stole this wine, from the bar in the other room. You laugh with me,, for you know what I have done,,,,
There we stood, on this plush rug….
I poured you a glass of wine, the glass sparkled in the dimly lit room,, You took a sip,……. offered me sip too…….. We spoke a few words, giggling of the memories we made this day….. I looked in to your eyes,, your love I could see…..You whispered in my ear some erotic thoughts you are having this moment,, …..I kissed your ear in a pleasing way,, you giggles and laughed as if to say,, …..no words need be spoken for you know me so well,,, we kissed on the lips, my fingers flow through your hair,, your feeling weak in the knees,, but you know,, I will not let you fall,, you melt in my arms as we kiss once more,, our bodies become warm with each other touch,,………. I feel you hand slide up and down my thigh,, your making me wild and crazy inside,, I feel my self grow under your gentle tough,, you whisper in my ear,, I need that so much,, I knew what you meant,,, by your persuasive but gentle tone of your voice,, my hands move from your hips,, tenderly slide up
