I think that no matter how much your ideal person is outlined in your head, the unpredictable aspect of life makes that person almost impossible to attain. And in return, you have one adventure after another. That's all I'm looking for, the next great adventure. People might view that as shallow and non loyal but I am one of the most loyal people that I know. All we can hope for in life, is for it to have meaning. I believe that when we meet people and let them enter our lives we give it meaning, whether for a short while or a long one. As long as I have a good adventure and meet a good person I'm happy.

On more of a personal note, I'm not a lesbian and I'm not looking for a relationship. I am happily dating an amazing guy but would still love to meet friends. I love jazz vocal standards. It's my favorite type of music although I like almost everything under the sun (I'm going to exclude most but not all ska, heavy metal, polka, and about half of what came out of the '80s). I still watch cartoons. As far as movies I like old, karate/Kung Fu, the deep, the profound and the movies that make you appreciate what you have in life. I like live theater, dance, silliness and openness. Nothing is a bigger turnoff than passing negative judgment when all circumstances were not considered. I'm a vegetarian but you won't find me on a corner with signs condemning all the meat eaters in the world. I'm a sucker for chivalry and romanticism and I love laughter.
