I am a native So Cal girl, grew up near the beach, but the IE is home now. I am self employed, music/entertainment is the core of my business, I sing too, also do a talk show segment on am radio. My family and friends are most important to me, I am happy with my life. I have my inner faith to keep me strong, but don't preach. I enjoy people, am a social being, yet enjoy quiet time. I like most music (except rap and scream), concerts, dining, cooking for others, shopping (surprise!), gardening, beach, BBQ's, camping, home improvement projects. I am a motivated, down to earth, independent person who would love to share with an HONEST and open person. I enjoy sports (baseball, football), NASCAR. I am easy to talk to, good listener and a good friend. Not in a hurry to hook up/hang on, looking for quality not quantity. Would like to know we can be friends first. Would like to share my time & life with someone special, but don't need someone to complete me or support me. I enjoy intelligent conversation, and also just sillyness. I appreciate the simple pleasures and beauty of each day, count my blessings often. I am A REAL woman who can dine with royalty or get down with the masses, like to have fun often... I like animals, have a dog and I am allergic to cats. I became a 'Serious' member, but don't take this too seriously... ya just never know though!!

Forever in love, is a desire/fantasy that I still hold dear (getting shorter all the time) ... I still just want that ONE man who is my best friend, lover, and partner in all that life offers, good and bad. I seek a man that can be faithful, honest and take the lead, make some of our plans, is capable of giving as well as receiving, and still walk beside me, understanding and respecting my independence. I enjoy doing volunteer work, with ACS and Wheels2Water. Yes I am busy, but why be stagnant when I am not involved in a relationship. Have spent much of the past nine years devoted to my Mom's care, she passed away in April and now it is time for me to take care of me, get back in shape and consider my future.

OK, enough of the "I"s, what about YOU?

Almost any type of social atmosphere, not too noisy, not too intimate .... would like an opportunity to get to know if there is a mutual attraction or connection, or a new friend, maybe future partner. A coffee date or a simple dinner, maybe a drink, etc. would be nice. You never know, we cross paths with people for a reason in our lives, just maybe not always the reason we wanted.
