My friends have described me as nurturing, goofy, introspective, intelligent, passionate, loyal, dedicated, genuine, and creative with a great laugh! You’ll have to decide if you agree. I'm direct and open, but always try to come from a perspective of care. Intellectual conversations or deep emotional connections are the greatest turn on. I love to laugh hard and often, and I can be really goofy! I have an adventurous spirit, and I love to learn. It is an integral part of who I am. Self-examination leads to living an enlightened life. I am a positive person, always looking to grow and evolve from each situation - good or bad. I'm not into blaming, but prefer problem solving. I enjoy sharing my time between my interests, friends and family and so should you. I am open, honest and loyal and I'm not afraid to risk the difficult conversations because every genuine encounter is an opportunity for real intimacy.

My children are central in my life. The older two are on their own and the younger two are 16 and 12. They're really cool people and I would enjoy hanging out with them even if they weren't my children. Our house is often full with their friends and/or mine. I love to feed people, hang out and just enjoy each moment. I'm balanced emotionally, spiritually and physically. I eat healthy (most of the time), stay active and enjoy anything outdoors. I want someone to play with! I prefer the mountains to the beach because that's where I find my center but I love all nature. I like to hike, bike, kayak, play volleyball, paint, read, listen to music, see live music, museums, history, picnics in the park, naps in the sun and more. Music and art are very important to me, they're soul food! I love movies and sometimes vegging on the couch snuggling is a great way to spend the evening. I have an affinity for different cultures and I've been fortunate to travel to Europe for work. I've seen Belgium, Paris, London, and Amsterdam so far. I look forward to seeing much more.

Equality, mutual respect, trust and communication are vital in my relationships.
