My name is Brad and I'm a pretty nice guy overall, even though I am a bit of a hard-ass. I've done all the stupid 'kid things' that I'll ever need to and have the scars to go with the stories. I know who I am, and I have a plan. It's a flexible plan though. Who knows what tomorrow will bring?

My humour leans to the slapstick and sarcasm side of things, but cerebral humour is also much enjoyed. Live stand-up is a terrific way to spend an evening. I'm an animated character too. I wave my hands around when I talk, make goofy faces and will talk with really bad accents. You know Craig Ferguson? Yeah, a little like that except I don't have any puppets, or a t.v show. I guess all those years in drama class and community theatre during my schooling has stuck with me.

The music I listen to is usually full of guitar, but if I'm feeling it, something with a good drive will light me up. I collect guitars and am also building a bit of an art collection to go up on my walls, but I really need more of both. I'm also a closet poet and song writer, but I don't intend to stay unpublished. It's a later in life goal. I'd like to attach more wisdom to my words before the world gets them.

To travel to Japan and Australia would be the most amazing thing ever. For me, these are the two most interesting places in the world. Where else can you find Hello Kitty themed hospitals and poisonous beaver-ducks? That's right! Japan and Australia ARE the only places for these things. Well I guess you could find a platypus in a zoo somewhere but that doesn't count.

I'm rather stable in my life. I've been working at my job for eight years (jeeze already?!) rather happily, and I've lived here in Lacombe for half my life so far. I like it here and hope to build a business here. I think I'll even try to be the Mayor when I'm older. I'll need to do something with my time when I retire, and I'm not into the golfing like my uncle, so I figure what the hell! Mayor sounds good.

As For who I'd be interested in. Well I'd like to meet a woman who knows that she is comfortable in this world and in her skin. I hope she isn't too 'cool' to be a little silly and go for the dumb laugh. Kissable is important. In fact that's an outright requirement. If you are someone who has something to say and is actually willing to say it, then you score extra points. Oh! and triple-extra-super-bonus points if you want to/have been to Australia and/or Japan. If you're looking to hold a hand most of the time and to slap one away from time to time. And looking to give a little shove now and then, but pull in close for a warm embrace. Well I'm probably looking for you too.

First Date? Or first meeting? Things would be different. For a first live encounter I think something simple like an iced tea and maybe a swing though the bookstore or the music shop. For a first date though, being as we haven't met yet, we'll cross that bridge later. But it will be awesome! Ah hell who am I kidding? I don't know what I'm doing but I hope that if I do it with a smile you'll let that slide.
